Thermoplastic molding materials substantially consisting of, in each case, at least one (A) polyalkylene terephthalate having a reduced specific viscosity (measured in 1% strength solution in dichloroacetic acid at 25°C) of at least 0.3 dl/g, (B) nucleating agent (C) crystal-, lization accelerator, and (D) if required reinforcing, agents and other conventional additives in which (C) is, at least one N,N'-disubstituted asymmetric oxalic acid bismide. The use of such components (C) leads to only little migration and sublimation where moldings produced from the molding material are heated, so that a satisfactory surface quality results. The nucleating agents and accelerators used in the …

Why it's free to use
- Filed October 5, 1990. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended October 5, 2010.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by October 5, 2012.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
