Abstract From the Canadian patent

A plurality of a control channel signal generated in the control channel signal generation part is multiplexed at a control channel signal multiplexation part to any plural time slots on the digital multiplex transmission route, whereas on the contrary the control channel signal separated from these time slots at a control channel separation part is inputted to a control signal extraction part where, plural kinds of control signals are extracted. Thus even if the number of channels of the control signals to be terminated changes, each control channel signal is flexibly and efficiently terminated.

Why it's free to use

  • Filed September 18, 1990 and granted January 19, 1999. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended September 18, 2010.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by September 18, 2012.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
