Abstract From the Canadian patent

A sheet for use with an optical memory element having a labelling section accommodated on its external face and where inscriptions can be made with writing utensils and, an adhesive section accommodated on a reverse face and that adheres to and is detachable from a protective layer of the optical memory element. An optical memory element such that the above sheet is disposed on top of a protective layer. With such an arrangement inscriptions, can be written upon the optical memory element and changed, and the sheet can be replaced when it is stained.
