A heat-treated steel product has improved mechanical and physical properties, in particular in the dimensional range of steel wire bar and light steel sections. The steel can be used with advantage as a construction steel. The mechanical and technological properties of the steel are improved in such a way that in the case of concrete-reinforcing steels an advantageous intermediate structure for subsequent thermal hardening is achieved. In the case of purely ferriticperlitic construction steels, a favourable final structure is selected. These structural states are achieved in direct combination with the thermal hardening or simply through the heat treating of the steel in the rolling …

Why it's free to use
- Filed August 28, 1990. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended August 28, 2010.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by August 28, 2012.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
