Apparatus for heat processing of particulate material, in particular crushed glass to form glass beads, comprises a generally cyclindrical furnace (1) having a canopy (27) providing an exhaust gas outlet (60). A gas/air mixture is fed to the furnace (1) through a central burner and is ignited to form a flame in which the combustion gases have a speed of less than 10 m/s. Why it's free to use
- Filed June 22, 1990. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended June 22, 2010.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by June 22, 2012.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
