Abstract From the Canadian patent

The present invention relates to a method of preparing crystalline, zeolitic aluminosilicates with SiO2/Al2O3 ratios of 20 or more. The method provides a rapid two-stage crystallization , process which avoids the formation of secondary crystalline phases. The first stage is conducted at a temperature between 240°C and 325°C for between about 1 and 20 minutes. The second stage is conducted at a temperature between about 120°C and 225°C for about 1 to 100 hours.
