A high voltage power source device comprises an electric power source; a low voltage circuit constituted by an inverter circuit including a semiconductor switching element and a capacitor for converting electric power from the source into high frequency electric power; a magnetron; and a high voltage transformer for converting the high frequency electric power into high voltage and supplying it to the magnetron. A printed circuit board has electric wiring formed thereon for connection to and supporting the inverter circuit and a high voltage circuit for the voltage boosted by the high voltage transformer. The board has separate areas therein and the, low and high voltage circuits are formed …

Why it's free to use
- Filed March 22, 1990 and granted September 27, 1994. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended March 22, 2010.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by March 22, 2012.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
