Abstract of the disclosure: Bisindenyl derivate, and a process for the preparation thereof. A bisindenyl derivate of the formula I (I), (M1 = Si or Ge, R6 and R7 = unsubstituted or substituted indenyl radical), is obtained in very good yield by reacting a compound of the formula II, (II), (X = halogen), with a compound of the formula III or IV R6 - M2 (III) R7-M2 (IV), (M2 = alkali metal) if, in the reaction, compound III or IV is added slowly to compound II. Why it's free to use

  • Filed December 29, 1989. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended December 29, 2009.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by December 29, 2011.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
