Disclosed is an adhesive sheet for preventing icing, the sheet being characterized in that the sheet comprises a release sheet (1), a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2) formed on the sheet (1) a base sheet, (3) adhered to the layer (2) and an anti-icing layer (4) formed on the base sheet (3) and that the anti-icing layer (4) is formed from a composition (A) or a composition (B) the composition (A) consisting essentially of: (a) a copolymer having hydroxyl, or hydroxyl and other reactive group and comprising as essential monomer components a fluoroolefin and a vinyl monomer having hydroxyl and copolymerizable with the fluoroolefin (b) a silicone compound represented by the formula (I), …
