Abstract From the Canadian patent

A device for dispensing volatile fragrances comprises a hollow body, and a liquid volatile fragrance contained within the hollow. The liquid volatile fragrance diffuses through a closure member made of a silicone rubber body to the outer, surface where it is volatilized to disperse in the surrounding atmosphere.
