Abstract, Heat-shrinkable sheathing with low susceptibility to tearing. The invention relates to a heat-shrinkable sheathing (SH) of crosslinked. polymeric plastics material having different degrees of crosslinking in which, these regions are arranged to be evenly distributed over the whole surface of the sheathing. Here at least one, plastic component (MH) has a degree of crosslinking which is adapted to optimal shrinkability and another plastic component (MN) has a degree of crosslinking which is adapted to optimal mechanical strength towards tear propagation. Why it's free to use
- Filed October 16, 1989. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended October 16, 2009.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by October 16, 2011.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
