Abstract From the Canadian patent

A tableted plant or seed growth media which incorporates various forestry or agricultural fertilizers minerals and nutrients for enhanced growth. Also present are various water-retentive polymers such as cross-linked polyacrylamide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and microcrystalline cellulose.
