Abstract From the Canadian patent

A relatively simple boat carrier includes a roller carrying frame for mounting on a small track or other vehicle a collapsible ramp defined by a boom and roller arms for releasable mounting on the back of the truck for forming an extension of the frame permitting loading and launching of the boat, and a winch on a slide centrally mounted on the frame for controlling movement of the boat onto and off the ramp and frame.
