This invention concerns a process for the preparation of a protein by yeasts according to which : - the yeast cells are cultivated these cells containing: a DNA sequence coding for the said protein under the control of elements ensuring its expression in the yeast the said elements including a transcription control sequence inducible by a complex formed by a receptor and a binder - a functional DNA sequence in the yeast coding the said receptor, the receptor including two essential parts of which one recognises the binder so as to form a complex with the said binder and the other fixes itself onto the said transcription control sequence the part of the receptor which recognises the binder …
