Outer membrane protein F of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The gene for the outer membrane protein F (OMPF) of Pseudomonas acruginosa has been isolated sequenced and, expressed. This makes it possible to obtain this protein and immunogenic partsequences thereof, in an amount and purity which is necessary for use for the preparation of vaccines.
