Abstract From the Canadian patent

Disclosed is a specific polynucleotide composition and a method for producing it. The polynucleotides produced do not contain any non-complementary nucleotide sequences. The specific polynucleotides can be used as therapeutic agents labelled to produce probes for diagnostic applications or used for drug delivery or as therapeutic agents.
