Abstract From the Canadian patent

A method for preparing protein by transforming a microorganism with a vector capable of expressing an intended protein as a fused protein with APH, making said microorganism producing said fused protein and obtaining said intended protein which is applicable to, various types of proteins as well as human PSTI and rat actin.
