Compounds are provided of the following general structure:, wherein B is hydrogen, lower alkyl (C1-C4) or methoxycarbonyl; R1 is hydrogen or methyl and where W and Q are independently selected from phenyl or 4-fluorophenyl. They are useful for providing sedative and antiepileptic activity.
