Abstract From the Canadian patent

A dispersant composition having improved compatibility with fluorohydrocarbon-containing elastomeric engine seals, said dispersant composition comprising the reaction product obtained by reacting a C40-C250 hydrocarbyl-substituted succinic anhydride with aminoguanidine, or a basic salt thereof, at a reaction temperature of from about 155°C to about 200°C.
