Wash-Off Resistant Skin Preparation, Abstract A skin preparation such as a skin lotion or cream which is resistant to being removed when the skin is washed includes a skin-preparation base and a plurality of wash-offresistance substantivity agents. The wash-off-resistance substantivity agents include a polymeric skin-feel-modifying compound, a quaternary ammonium compound a hydrophobic, modified starch, a substantive silicone and a substantive emollient.
