The invention relates to a pack more especially for, a plurality of elongate articles (2) to be arranged parallel to one another in a block, such as glasses cans or the, like, consisting of a tray-like upper part (3) and a traylike lower part (4) which surround the block of articles (2) at both ends thereof and further consisting of two opposite connecting walls (5, 5a) between the upper part (3) and the lower part (4), in which the two connecting walls (5, 5a) are provided at the sides extending between the upper part (3) and the lower part (4) with openings (6 6a, 7, 7a) which are separated (only) by a weakened wall member (10, 10a).
