Abstract From the Canadian patent

Thermoplastic compositions comprising rubber modified polyalkenyl aromatic resin and a modifying agent having a core-shell structure comprised of an interpenetrating, crosslinked (meth)acrylate core and a crosslinked styrenic resin shell have significantly improved impact strength, thermal resistance and surface appearance following molding into shaped articles.
