Of ANIMALS AND HUMANS The invention refers to the use of antigenic substances for the prohylaxis or therapy of disorders and diseases with the gastrointestinal tract of animals and humans. Disorders and diseases with the gastrointestinal tract of animals and humans, for instance, diarrhea peptic ulcers, diseases or cancer represent a worldwide serious economically significant problem. It could be shown that the immunological mechanisms have a protective effect in the gastrointestinal tract of animals and humans.
