Title : Alcohol production, Inventor : Vladimir KALINA Abstract, The production is carried out continuously in an apparatus comprising several circulation fermenters and a decanter arranged in a cascade. The growth of a flocculating yeast is promoted in the first fermenter and inhibited in the following fermenters. No yeast is recycled.
