Abstract From the Canadian patent

A cutter, in particular for slat especially of, venetian blind is disclosed. This cutter comprises a pair of modified scissors with respective knife blade partially deflected. A torsional spring is provided for responding a return action on the blades. The cutter further comprises a guide block having an adjustable width and a limit scale having an adjustable length.
