A sealing arrangement for sealing a door or other closure against leakage of EMI (electromagnetic interference) from an enclosure comprises a flexible strip overlying a peripheral portion of the door. The flexible strip is attached to the door along its innermost edge. A magnet strip or the like urges the flexible strip into contact with the enclosure to be sealed. The magnet strip may be mounted on the closure and trap the flexible, strip against the frame or be mounted upon the frame and pull, the flexible strip onto the frame.
