Abstract From the Canadian patent

Compounds of the formula and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts wherein Z completes a cycloalkyl ring, a substituted cycloalkyl ring, a cycloalkenyl ring a substituted cycloalkeny ring or a saturated heteroalkyl ring; R2 is lower alkyl, aralkyl or aminoalkyl and X is an amino or imino acid. The compounds possess angiotensin converting enzyme inhibition activity.
