Abstract From the Canadian patent

Novel polymers of carbon monoxide with at least two olefinically unsaturated organic compounds characterized in, that, a) they are prepared by the polymerization of carbon monoxide with one or more olefinically unsaturated hydrocarbons (A) and with one or more carboxylic acid esters (B) in which there occurs a polymerizable , group directly linked to a carbonyloxy group, b) they have a linear structure c) they are made up of units of the general formula -CO-(A')and units of the general formula -CO-(B')wherein A' and B', represent monomer units originating in monomers A and B respectively, used and, d) per unit -CO-(B')- they contain 10-400 units -CO-(A')-.
