A snap type flowline connector comprises a pin member and box member. The pin member is provided with a split locking ring which is sized to fit in its normally assumed expanded position in a locking ring receptor groove in the box member. If disconnection of the connector members is required a compression sleeve is moved in axial direction over the split locking ring thereby forcing said ring to its contracted, unlocked, position and releasing it. Why it's free to use
- Granted March 30, 1993. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended March 30, 2010.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
