Abstract From the Canadian patent

32-, Abstract of the Disclosure, This invention relates to an environmentally durable composition which has superior low temperature dynamic properties. The composition comprises a substantially homogeneous mixture of 100 parts by weight elastomer having a fully saturated backbone curing agent, for the elastomer in amounts sufficient to crosslink the elastomer, reinforcing particulate filler at least 20, parts by weight of particularly defined polyalphaolefin oil and, preferably, particularly defined paraffinic oil and/or naphthenic oil. Inclusion of the polyalphaolefin oil in the composition improves the low temperature dynamic properties and processability of the elastomer which are …

Why it's free to use

  • Granted October 27, 1992. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended October 27, 2009.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
