Abstract From the Canadian patent

A Walker-type, toilet tank-activated drain trap primer, assembly has a flexible conduit interconnecting the afterfill pipe and the trap priming pipe. Valve means on the flexible conduit restrict the flow therein to a predetermined minimum. Check valve means in the conduit prevent backflow of the trap contents in the event of loss of pressure in the pressurized house line supplying the toilet.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted September 29, 1992. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended September 29, 2009.
