Novel polycyclic quinoline naphthyridine and, pyrazinopyridine derivatives are disclosed which are useful for treatinq allergic reactions inflammation, peptic ulcers, hypertension and hyperproliferative skin, diseases and for suppressing the immune response in mammals.
