The disclosure relates to an electrical connector for use in conjunction with cables which, according to a first embodiment thereof, includes a C-shaped member having a pair of internally threaded bosses or sleeves on opposite ends and sides thereof. The wedge includes a flange secured to the wider top end thereof and having apertures at opposite ends of the flange for receiving threaded bolts which are threaded into the bosses. The flange is positioned at an angle to the C-member such that the channels are exposed for reception of cables therein.
