Abstract From the Canadian patent

The device comprises a tubular element having at its ends first and second enlarged portions. Within the first enlarged portion is located a neck-like element adapted for connection to a sewage circulation conduit and placed concentrically within a second tubular element defining an air intake. Openings are provided in the lateral surface of the portion to enable air to be introduced into the tubular element to blend with sewage flowing through the neck-like element.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted June 23, 1992. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended June 23, 2009.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
