Abstract From the Canadian patent

The invention relates to benzhydryloxyethylpiperidine derivatives corresponding to one of the formulae below:, (I), (II), in which:, - R1 R2, R3 and R4, which are identical or, different represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group or the trifluoromethyl group, - R represents hydrogen a cation, an alkyl, group, an aryl group or an arylalkyl group and, - n is equal to 0 or 1, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Application: treatment of spasmodic states and allergies.
