A power saving low frequency power amplifier includes a first stage amplifier for receiving and amplifying data signal, a second stage amplifier for amplifying the output of the first stage amplifier, and a power amplifier for amplifying the output of the second amplifier. the first stage amplifier is operated in response to a driving current. The second stage amplifier receives a first idling current for obtaining a predetermined amplification and the, power amplifier receives a second idling current for obtaining a predetermined amplification.
