Abstract From the Canadian patent

It is known to secure seat covers to toilet seats by means of strings or mechanical apparatus. According to the present invention, a simple seat cover for an arcuate portion of a toilet seat comprises two sheets each, substantially corresponding to the shape of the arcuate toilet seat portion, being joined together along their longitudinal peripheral edges. The sheets are dimensioned so that, when joined, the resulting structure can envelop the arcuate toilet seat portion. There are adhesives located on the outer surface of at least one of the sheets. The seat cover may envelop or be placed on top of the arcuate toilet seat portion.
