The present invention provides a method of manufacturing coagulated grains from polymer latex and apparatus for exercising this method, said method being characterized in that a swirl of polymer latex is produced in tank while holding it, at a temperature lower than the softening temperature of the polymer latex particles and while letting the same polymer latex as said polymer latex fall down into the aforementioned swirl liquid surface, a coagulant is added into said latex flowing-down liquid, thereby letting the coagulant disperse and scatter into the latex in the tank; thereafter with said, coagulant thus scattered as the seeds coagulated layers are, grown on their outer surfaces. …
