The binding device for snow boards comprises a base plate directly integral with the snow board supporting, hinged along the same axis a toe plate, and a heel plate . Both the heel plate and the toe plate , whose positions relatively to the base plate are adjustable, are equipped with strap means for gripping a snow boot.
