A portable and highly compact copier for photographically copying a selected portion of an illuminated image. The copier includes a lighttight housing having an opening therein and having a support for temporarily maintaining photosensitive material at a focal plane within the copier housing. An array of image-transferring cylindrical microlenses each micro-, lens having an image end and an object end is slidably, mounted in the housing opening with the image ends adjacent the focal plane and with the object ends facing outwardly of the copier housing opening.
