Abstract From the Canadian patent

Abstract, Compounds of the formula I, wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 each independently represent hydrogen, alkyl, preferably lower- -alkyl, or C3-7-cycloalkyl or two adjacent residues R1 to R5 represent an optionally lower-alkyl- -substituted 5-7-membered ring: X represents a residue -NR7-CO- or -CO-NR7-; R6 represents hydroxy lower-alkoxy or -NR8R9; and R7, R8 and R9 represent hydrogen or lower-alkyl, and pharmaceutically usable salts of carboxylic acids of formula I can be used for the treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases.
