A valve assembly comprising a main body housing having at least one fluid inlet and at least two fluid outlets flow paths, associated with each of the inlets and outlets and passages, connecting the inlets and associated flow paths to the outlets and associated flow paths, one such passage being open to atmosphere; a diverter valve for transferring flow from one inlet to one or another of the outlets and comprising a hand actuated diverter rod connected to a bicone washer biased in a first position whereby fluid flows from an inlet to a first outlet and the second outlet is closed and sealed, and on actuating the diverter rod the bicone, washer is moved to a second position where it is …
