A flexible polyurethane foam formulation which is non-reactive at or near ambient temperatures is provided The formulation comprises a polyisocyanate, a polyfunctional active hydrogen containing compound an amine catalyst, a blowing agent and a polyether acid. The formulation which becomes reactive above 40°C has the advantage over, similar systems based on formic acid that the polyurethane foam is, not tight and does not suffer from skin peeling.
