The system for processing a virgin web to yield printed documents such as business forms comprises a printing device adapted for printing non-repetitive (variable) and repetitive (constant) information and data as determined by a computer, and processing devices disposed - in relation to the transporting direction of the web - in front of and past the printing device and serving for shaping the web and possibly for printing onto the web in color.
