Bioyclic sulfonamide derivatives represented by the forumula: (I), (wherein R1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R2 is lower alkyl aralkyl, or aryl which may be substituted by lower alkyl alkoxy, acetoxy, hydroxy, halogen, nitro or phenyl; and the wavy line indicates R or S configuration or their mixture) or their slate being used as antithrombotic, antivasoconstricting and, antibronchoconstricting drugs and the process therefor.
