The present invention relates to monoclonal antibodies of class IgGl and IgM possessing among others the property to bind to stable heteroduplex cruciform DNA structures constructed from two DNA plasmids. The invention also relates to the hybrid cell lines producing such antibodies` and to a method for producing said cell lines.
