Abstract From the Canadian patent

The present invention relates to an anchoring rail consisting of a hollow section with a slot running in longitudinal direction and with each of the sides of said slot being provided with a row of holes. The holes on the anchoring rail are engaged by corresponding rail provided on a latching plate that is wider than slot and is part of a mounting element.
