Abstract From the Canadian patent

In a device for loading a tape-like substance such as, tape, film or the like, which is paid out of a supply reel and conveyed to a take-up reel with air through a duct as a tape path, the tape path is crooked in zigzag in right to left direction, and air is blown off along the lower wall of the tape path so as to enable the tape-like sustanc to be easily and firmly conveyed, and make the device compact.
