Abstract From the Canadian patent

Abstract of the Disclosure, A method for the treatment of human disease conditions associated with HTLV infection is disclosed which is effective both as a treatment for HTLV infected individuals as well as a prophylactic treatment. The method comprises the step of hyperimmunizing a human patient with polio virus through the repeated administration of an effective dosage of polio vaccine until an effective immune response is obtained.
