Abstract From the Canadian patent

The present invention relates to l-N-(.alpha.-alkylamino-.alpha.methylacetyl)aminophenyl-2-alkylaminopropanones of the general formula:, (I), in which R represents a C1-C4 alkyl group and R' represents H or a C1-C4 alkyl group, and addition salts thereof. These new derivatives are useful as CNS-active substances in particular, as stimulants and anti-depressants. The invention also relates to the method for their preparation.
